When was the last time you slipped and fell on ice?

When was the last time you slipped and fell on ice?
this winter... in the driveway.... i had on skecher sneakers an the driveway was covered in snow so i didn't realize under the snow was ice... my legs went up in front of me and i landed laying down on my back side hitting the back of my head really hard :( thankfully i was conscious so i picked up my cell and called my mom who was inside the house at the time so she helped me up and i was soaked from all the snow an ended up getting a cold... no fun!
Reply:It was in February. I was babysittin a 4th and 3rd grader at the park, and we were ridin bikes, and my phone rang and I tried to get it and went over some really hard ice. I fell and hit my head. my head went throught the ice. I got a concussion. I was outta skool fir a few days tho. :D. Oh and if u are planning to do this, wear tennis shoes. Then get like pretty far back and run as fast as you can. Dont be too far back or you might run outta energy before you get to the ice lol. But yea that what happened, that how ya do it. Oh and if you wanna do what i did, fine some really hard ice and if it's so hard your bike cant go through it, get far back again and peddle fast. The go over it and wala. you should be on the ground. and if NEone wants ta know wat happened, say a dog barked and you turned your head and went over the ice. Good luck!
Reply:it was probably two years ago and i was helping my friend and her sister get boxes from the car and i was wearing clogs and slipped on the ege of the curb. my back slammed on the edge of the curb and i fractured the my back.
Reply:When I was 6 years old. It was Christmas eve at about 10 at nights. I was running from my car to my house and slipped on a patch of ice and hit my head very hard on my porch. I had to go to the hospital and had a concussion. I spent Christmas morning in the hospital. I was probably wearing winter boots but I'm not sure.
Reply:A month or so ago, there was an ice rain warning for later in the day and it had just started raining. I got out of the car at the grocery store, and just wiped out. It looked like a puddle! The rain had frozen ever so slightly and i was on my knees! I had Ugg boots on... I'm sure that didn't help!
Reply:I was walking my sister home from school, and i ran to throw a snowball at her, there was snow on top of the ice, and I threw the snowball, [missed =P] then totally whiped out and landed in the snow. My wrist was bruised a bit, but nothing else. I was wearing clogs!
