Custom Running Spikes?

I really want to make custom running spikes, or running shoes, and i want a nice, long lasting shoe. What brands sell the best running shoes that you can customize? Where can i find some good custom Running shoes? What is the average price for running spikes?

You would have to give them a call about customizing, but I think you should check out Eastbay. For years, they have had the best quality in general running, spikes, and other track-and-field related gear and apparel. Now you're gonna pay!! Fortunately for you, women's spikes are considerably less than mens. A fair range is about $50-$75, but to invest more is well worth it. Look in terms of the short term as well. For me and most T%26amp;F athletes I know, investing in a new pair of spikes from season to season was always a good idea... even though you can replace the spike, a fresh pair for competition is best, and use the old ones for practice.





Edit: I did not know until looking at your add'l comment that you posted that you were speaking of cross country. Still, check 'em out, you might find some items of interest.
