Does this shoe have good quality?
You cannot wear faux-suede in any kind of water environment (rain, snow...) it will definitely soak through and through. So if it's not snowing or raining, then the boots are good. The same thing with real suede boots, if they have not been treated with a special waterproof product, they should not be worn in rainy weather (dye color will wash out or the suede would be ruined).
