Twice my lab puppy has done this crazy thing with his feet.Continuously lifting all his feet.No Crying though?

At first I thought i was something in his paw but I checked him both times and there was nothing. He is acting like I put shoes on him and he is trying to shake them off. He walks fine while its happening and when I make him sit while its happening his body shakes...It only lasts for maybe 1 min. Any Ideas?

Check his paw most likely he has something stuck in it that the vet needs to get out
Reply:Take your dog to the vet.
Reply:Try some doggie bag balm or rub a little bit of neutrogena Norweigan formula hand cream into his pads. That's the best stuff ever! Try not to walk him where there's road salt. Most dogs lick it out then puke it up later on.
Reply:Maybe he has sensitive/soft paw pads? after all hes just a lil puppy. Try getting some paw wax for him.

Reply:it might be salt people put on the roads to melt the snow. you can't see it but it is painful for them.
Reply:Do you live where there is snow? Road salt used to bother our dog and he would do the same thing whenever we (he and I) would go for a walk along the road after they salted it.
Reply:take him to the vet
Reply:well, it depends on how old the puppy is. like that happened with my golden retriever puppy and i instantly had it looked at, the vet said that it was just a common symptom for new born puppies. they are just trying to get comfortable about their surroundings and maybe u should check him or her for fleas because that could be another answer 2!
