I have been practicing for football for a couple of days, and I%26#039;m wearing the same old shoes from last year(I havn%26#039;t even washed them). And just today I started getting toe pains in my middle toe, right foot. The only visual thing I notice is the tip of my toe is red. It hurts if any pressure is applied or if I walk normally. What do I have? Will a regular docter know what it is or will I have to go to a podiatrist?
Do I have an ingrown nail?
You can do that..or it could be the way the shoe is pressing up against your toe.. The tip of my middle toe has a blister on it from the toe rubbing against my shoe while running and after running it is extremely sore. I would buy new shoes maybe your shoes are too small.
If the tip of your toe is red then it probably has nothing to do with the toenail
Reply:Possibilities:
1. Your feet got bigger.
2. The shoes shrunk since last year.
3. There is a dead mouse in your shoe.
4. Its a sign from God that you should go back to syncronized swimming.
Reply:First try clipping the toe nail it might have grown and the shoe also might be too small now and the toenail is pressing into your toe. Then you should purchase a larger shoe for better comfort, also more support
Reply:I think the remedy to your toe pain would be to have your feet measured and buy a larger size. Your feet probably grew since last year.
