Fashion Help Please!?

I have a bunch of questions so feel free to answer.

What color shorts does a basic black shirt go well with?

What color t-shirt, what color/style(bootcut,lowrise) jeans, and what type and color of shoes go well with a black sports coat in an casual atmosphere?

What color dress shirt should you wear with a tie, corresponding with black pants and black shoes?

Last but not least, I want to buy a white hat, but I don't know what type or brand to get?

I'm a guy if you haven't noticed. I appreciate all the answers.

Shorts- I like black shirts with khaki shorts. I also think they can go well with green shorts (if they are cargo shorts)- but not a bright green, more of almost an army green even though that sounds weird. I'm a girl, but those are the type of shorts I wear with black.

Black sports coat- I think this would go best with a black or gray (darker gray, not heather gray) shirt and dark jeans. I think most styles of dark jeans would work.

Dress shirt- I like blue dress shirts with black pants, but you could go with alot of colors here.

I wish I could help you with the hat, but I don't know much about hats.

Hope my other answers helped!
Reply:Black goes well with everything. It's a very classy color, too - so you can't go wrong! As for shorts, I would say denim, black or stone/ khaki colored shorts would go good with any black shirt. When dressing up a more, I love the way it looks when a guy is all in black with a tie that has a bit of color in it- but that's just my opinion.
Reply:Black goes with almost all colors- especially a basic cut.

Black coat with:

green

gray

-that's what I would wear the coat with

jeans-light colored

shoes- gray

Green or red dress shirt
