How do i make him stop?
well i have an american bulldog puppy. he is 7 month old and he pretty much behaves. he know when you say to get in his pen he goes right to it and he sits and for the most part he lays but for some reason he will not stop chewing my shoes and its not just shoe it my flip flops. He has chewed 4 pairs and the first two he did i went and got two of the same pair but he just chewwed the last pair earlier. how do i make him stop? He just started to do this about 3 weeks ago. He has also chewed the molding and Its not like he doesnt have toys or that he is bored.. He actually just went on a trip to petco to get a new bone and a thing the call a konk? that you can put treats in and it supposed to keep them occupied. There is always some one homw with him and there are two young boys and two dogs a few years older that live with us. I dont know what to do.. he is an inside dog but if he keeps it up he will be put out side.. for good.please help i dont want to do that to him he is my baby..

These toys allow you to put food inside them. It will keep the dogs attention away from your shoe. These are also made in puppy versions which are gentler on the gums.

Every night before he goes to bed on the couch, he sticks his face in my shoes to look for socks. I cant get him to stop. Now I'm used to every night running after him to get the socks.

was hanging out with a women last night who wears around 9-10 womens and will not wear flip flops because she does not like her feet because she thinks they are to big. I am the one who should feel bad, I love wearing flip flops, I only wear a size 10 in mens. Women have commented how small my feet are in the past and they have even measured their foot against mine to make it even worse when I go out with flops.

I have a problem with my gnomes.?
Ok so I took a few garden gnomes and demesiticated them about a month ago. Now my problem is if I leave Murdoc by himself things disappear like I had these awesome pair of green crushed velvet and green jeweled wedges(shoes) last time I seen them as a pair Murdoc was smelling them. I only have one left. Evertime I have a favorite pair of shoes one will disappear.
I asked Bizzle and Bazzle if they know whats going on and they act like they know something but wont tell me. How do I interigate them without them hating me, or turning on me.
The other day I recieved a letter that stated they last time someone tried to figure out if Murdoc was stealing their shoes the woman mysteriously disappeared as well. The only clues that the cops found was a huge puddle of her blood around the largest tree in her yard.
Should I be scared what should I do.
Do these gnomes look suspicious? Murdoc is the one in the middle.

Split the gnomes into two factions (red hats vs. blue hats?), then arm them to the teeth with guns, knives, bombs and whatever else you can find. Start a rumour amongst the red hats that the blue hats hate them and are going to invade, offer to help the red hats with additional weaponry for certain concessions ... then install a puppet government and let them duke it out. While they are busy slaughtering each other, use the distraction to find your shoes. Then wait till they all but wipe each other out, then use your shoes to pound the last remaining survivors to death ... and you will RULE ONCE MORE!
It's quite easy when you put your mind to it ... i'm surprised you didn't think of it yourself.

Reply:First off darlin, your initial mistake was attempting to domesticate a gnome. Can't be done. This is a life form that is really quite advanced, much moreso than you or I could hope to aspire to. But here are some tips.
Try sprinkling the herb thyme around the home; all fairies love it, gnomes in particular.
Set out a bowl of milk and some buttered bread on the back stoop, or if you have a tree in your yard put it there. Or by a flowerbed or garden that would work equally as well. Do it with REVERENCE, or you will piss them off.
And if all else fails do this; make some oatcakes, or bannocks, with plenty of butter and honey. Milk in a tall glass; a saucer containing about a tablespoon or two of thyme, a poppy jasper and a bouquet of fresh flowers(make sure you came by the flowers honestly). In a private place outside, state aloud that this is an offering for King Ghob, The Gnome King. Thank him for being such a cool guy, and great King....be serious, he'll know if your'e being a smart @$$. Ask for his help; let him know what Murdoc is up to and ask him to speak to the culprits and tell them to cease and desist.

What she did was she went out and captured another gnome, one that wasn't going to be itimidated by the current alpha male (Murdoc) and together they found out where all the socks were going (some one monopod mushroom folk in the woods behind her yard). Now she just donates whatever socks she doesn;t want to them and everyone is happy.

Well its really hard for me to trust you when you say you wear russians and wear them out in 5 days, I would say get the HLF shank for russians, i dont know what model you have but i recomend Dolce or Entrada. i have an extreamly high arch, and it is also very strong.
*If you wear pointe shoes daily alternate pairs, pointe shoes need to have time to dry (about 24 hrs) if you dont it speeds up the break in time
ignore the suggestions to get gaylor midens, they arnt true pointe shoes, they dont allow you to feel the floor, and you start to begin to rely on the shoes too much, and you loose the strength in you anckles, which can make you prone to injury.

Oh my God... I cant seem to decide what to wear. I'm going shopping next week and I wanna know what to get for the last day of school (I'm in 8th grade going to 9th grade) ! Should I wear jeans, a short dress with skinny jeans under, or a short sleeve shirt, tunic, polos, tees etc. Ahhh, please help me choose... I mean, what would YOU wear on the last day of school ?? I mean you have to make a last good impression for the people who are leaving !

Also, try wear something comfortable. If it's a long event, you don't want to be squriming the whole time. I mean really if your going to be pushed against lockers like that for each last day of each grade and you'll come home crying wanting to move to a new school and in every school they do that I think you'll be spending a lot of money just for an outfit for the last day of school.

Popping Blisters?
I wore out really high shoes last night, and I have a blister on my foot now. I popped it with a pin and all this watery stuff came out. What is this watery stuff? Where did it come from? Whats it made of?

The fluid is predominantly lymph. It is the clear fluid that circulates in your lymphatic system. Hopefully you sterilized the needle first in your personal autoclave, otherwise using some source of heat or purell.
If the blister is in a spot that receives a lot of action, like your heel or the soul of your foot, popping it is a wise strategy. Blisters like these are likely to pop anyway, and if they do so in an uncontrolled fashion you may tear the skin and wind up with a more painful, and likely to be infected, ex-blister.
Here’s the blister popping drill: Clean the blister with soap and water or purell. Sterilize the needle. Pop the blister. Squeeze out the fluid. Re-clean the site. Pat dry. Apply antibiotic ointment. Apply a Blister Block Band-Aid, or similar product.

i applied to a grocery store last week and am still waiting to hear back. I'm just looking for a part-time job for the summer and i worked at this same grocery store last summer and they made me re-apply. How long does it generally take to hear back from them? And will i hear back from them at all? Im getting discouraged and don't know if i should move on to another job because i thought i was a shoe-in since i worked there last summer.

i was wondering if the nike mayflys will fall apart when i run with them because i slightly overpronate when i run. i was also wondering how long they last.

What size snowboard should I buy?
I'm a beginner, just started last year and I went on my first black (no falling, yay!) last weekend. No, I can't carve or do tricks.
I'm female, 5ft. 3 1/2 in. or 161.29 centimeters, weigh 110 pounds or 50 kilograms. I wear a shoe size 7 1/2 and sometimes 8.
Yes, I know that the board should got up to between my nose and chin, but I'm looking to order a board online and that won't help very much, will it? I thought that 148cm was a good size, but I was told to get a smaller one. Also, the snowboard sizing guide at http://www.frostyrider.com/tips/size-gui... told me to get a 140cm, but isn't that a little short?

or doo you like riding the whole mountain and speed and riiding all the different kind of terain is your thing
then you want a slightly longer board than 140
just chexk the board you are ordering has your weight within its weightrange
its not vital but if you want the most out of your new board make sure its specifications fit you

Reply:A 140 board sounds just right for your little frame, dont get a board with an agressive side cut. 6 or 7 is plenty for you, also you dont want the board to be too stiff for you either or you wont be able to give the board the flex it needs when you are making your turns. A longer board will serve the purpose for powder so you can make nice floaty turns, but if you are mainly sticking to the groomed runs stick to the 140. If you out preform that board then its time to get a new one!

Why is my younger brother being such a lazy slob?
Lately my 18 year old brother has beeeeeeeeen sooooooooooooo lazy. I mean you ask him to do something he acts like he doesn't hear you. My mom told him last saturday to clean the bathroom and he hasn't done it yet. His room is a disaster area you can smell it all the way done stairs and it smells like a**. He lives his shoes and coat everywhere! He is always late for school and his professor is to the point of dropping him. He always hangs out my cousins house every single day and my cousin is 28 mind you. My brother can't even take out the garbage. I don't know whats wrong with him. I mean i don't know if its because his girlfriend broke up with 2months ago. But his laziness is getting to be stressful because he is not dependable at all. I try my best to help my mother clean because she has rheumatiod arthritis and she gets so irritated she bursts into tears. I clean the house sometimes from top to bottom because we have 6 bedroom house and its hard. What should we do?

When do you stop growing? My doctor said feet and hands are the first to be done...?
then arms and legs, then shoulders and torso. The thing is, I just turned 20, had my growth spurt when I was 16-17 where I went from 5"1 to 5"7 and stopped at 5"7 1/2 at 18. I've only grew 1/2 inch in the last 2 years, but in the last year, my shoe size went from 10 to a solid 11 and I when I went to my doctor I had a bone scan done and my feet have just stopped growing but the plates in my hands, arms, legs, etc.. are still open. He said I can still grow but he's never seen this before. Can anyone help me on here? Thanks.

It takes my husband only 3 months to break his shoes. It is starting to irritate me having to buy new shoes all the time! So far this year he has destroyed 2 pairs of Nikes and his and1 shoes absolutely stink. Also he manages to wreck the laces somehow in a matter of weeks. Am I buying the wrong kinds of shoes or is he just a serial shoe destroyer?

A farmer had some puppies he needed to sell. He painted a sign
advertising the 4 pups. And set about nailing it to a post on the
edge of his yard. As he was driving the last nail into the post, he
felt a tug on his overalls. He looked down into the eyes of a
little boy.
"Mister," he said, "I want to buy "one of your puppies."
"Well," said the farmer, as he rubbed the sweat off the back of his
neck, "These puppies come from fine parents and cost a good deal of

farmer. "I've got thirty-nine cents. Is that enough to take a

I have a pretty average 28 to 30 day menstrual cycle. My last cycle started on May 16th. I was with a guy from May 18th to May 21st. We had sex these days, and although we used protection, Im scared he might have had some seminal fluid on his condom by mistake.My question is, if there was some on there or lets say the seminal fluids leaked inside, could I be pregnant? In 2001 my husband had a total knee repalcement. After five years he has alot of pain .Is this common ?
He also is having pain in his heel as well. He thinks his knee has broken down already. Since he had wrist surgery last year and then recently cut his thumb he cannot be running to another dr. because of his job. Is someone familiar with this and would wearing a good shoe help. He has been wearing heavy workboots becuase he rides a motorcycle most days and also for the steel toe protection .What do you think?

Our team is ordering cleats to use so we all match. Their nike shox and are 100 bucks each. I wear a ten normally and have a bit extra room at the toes. Should i buy a 10.5 to last me through next season as well?

Hi there! We think maybe it's a puma or zappos commercial, but we're not sure. We saw it last night and I want to show my friends.
The whole commercial was set to music and it had people in old-navy-esque clothing running onto a semi-dim stage and giving the appearance they were flying, when they were actually being held up by people dressed completely in black spandex, down to the full face masks.

However having said that it sounds like it would be rather unlikely you are pregnant, you used protection and at the time of your cycle conception would be less likely, perhaps your symptoms are simply furtherd by the stress of worrying.
I would recomend going to the doc with your symptoms, even if you get your period the doctor may be able to help you with your other discomforts.
Otherwise a store-bought pregnancy test may be an option.

My parents have a job. They're client unexpectedly failed to pay them on time, so the project is now suspended. Now, we only have our house and nothing more. (Please don't suggest mortgage the house because we almost lost it for that last year). I have lots of younger brothers and sisters. I just missed a major exam because I can't pay my tuition (I'm in college). It actually amazes me to think that we still are able to eat properly (not always). We are religious and I have strong faith in God. I can't think of anything but to try it! I kow it's not right but I don't have any choice. Also, i can't work yet because it will conflict my studies.
Can you give me advices or suggestions?

Reply:Um NO...For more then one reason, the biggest being that no one should have to demote themselves to that unclassy, disgusting amount of wrath that no one should go through rich or poor. Second, you can find a job that won't conflict with your school work because I'm doing the same thing. School full time along with work. I just work nights and use the days to study and a few hours of sleep before work. It can be done, I'm a prime example of how it can be done. Especially working nights, you get compensated just for working nights.

Got a few suggestions, get a part-time job flipping hamburgers, work at a convenience store, (don't offer to tutor someone, you'd be terrible at it), work at a temp service, hell, babysit for your neighbors. why does prostitution even fit into this equation? Seriously, there other ways to make money. Make all of your other brothers and sisters get off their a$$ and work too. Think about that.

Reply:Um NO...For more then one reason, the biggest being that no one should have to demote themselves to that unclassy, disgusting amount of wrath that no one should go through rich or poor. Second, you can find a job that won't conflict with your school work because I'm doing the same thing. School full time along with work. My dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer, anyone out there who knows who has been in my shoes?
My dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer last thursday. the told him over the phone, and did not specify which type of cells were found via biopsy. i am accompanying to his 1st oncology appointment, what questions should we ask his doc? does anyone who has been in my position have any advice as to how i can be supportive?

I was diagnosed with Prostate CAncer in 2005. I had Proton Radiation treatments in Loma LInda University Medical Center In Loma Linda California.. Proton Radiation is different than conventional radiaton in that it has little to no side effects and as good or better cure rate (about 90%). There is a website called Proton Bob that tells alot about prostate cancer .. If you go to it.. be sure and read the Testimonal section of former patients.. any one who has had Proton Radiation for prostate cancer is totally sold on it.. ..no side effects and it cures you!!!! no brainer decision.
Also there is a new book out that any one with Prostate Cancer should read before having treatments. It was written by Robert J. Marckini, a former Prostate Cancer patient. It discusses Prostate cancer and out lines all of the treatments available today and has the pros and cons of each treatment..
Personally I feel that Proton Radiation is the very best treatment .. I was not sick one single day during or after treatments, my PSA is now .13 ,///thats point one three.... It is great.
Main thing I would say is that your father needs to check out all the treatments available and choose the one he wants.. dont let some doctor rush him into some treatment that he does or he is trained for.. It my not be the best for your dad.. Some treatments.. leave you with some permanent side effects.. wearing diaper, no sex etc.. Personally ...again I feel Proton Radiation is the best.. it has no side effects.. of any kind most of the time.. lots of doctors are not familiar with it.. or think its experimental .. or want to treat the patients them selves.. a money thing!! I talked to Dr. Ramin, from Cedar-Sinai in LA ,and he suggested we use a new machine called the DaVinci Machine made by Intuitive Surgical Corp. The machine is called the DaVinci machine because it looks like something that DaVinci would have invented. It has 6 or 8 arms and the doctor sits at the head of the machine. There is no major cuts that could expose your Dad's cancer to the air that may allow the cancer to grow, my thoughts, and your Dad will recover faster and completely. My first Doctor told me he was going to operate and the result would be no cancer but I would be incontinent and impotent. Quality of life is very important to men. I recovered in 7 days,very easily, compared to 3 to 4 weeks. I am completely cancer free now for 2 years. My quality of life is excellent. The operation is dependent on how early the cancer is but I've told other men about the procedure and they have recovered fully like me. Ask and look yourself for alternatives for your Dad. He also drinks a lot of pomegranate juice and green tea.
I was very worried but today I'm happy because he's fine.
